Frost loses underwear at fashion party
It was an embarrassing moment for Sadie Frost as she arrived at the British Fashion Awards show earlier this week.
As the designer, a friend of Kate Moss and the co-owner of a lingerie brand, stepped out of her car, a pair of knickers seemed to drop from somewhere about her person – although we hope they weren’t the ones she was wearing.
The 43-year-old didn’t appear to have noticed, but luckily her hairdresser friend James Brown did, the Daily Mail reports, handing them to the driver for either safe-keeping or disposal.
Aiming to showcase the best of British design styles, the event attracted a host of celebrities and their friends.
Twiggy looked edgy as usual in a sparkly silver dress with purple tights, while Erin O’Connor went for full-on glamour in a long black ball gown.
However, some stars were less successful with their red carpet attire – Jade Jagger suffered the ultimate annoyance of a hole in her tights, while Pixie Geldof appeared to have come dressed as one of the cuddly monsters from Disney Pixar’s Monsters Inc.
Importantly though, the rest of them managed to get through the night without misplacing their knickers.
