Rihanna gets luxury underwear treat
While ordinary people may have to rely on dropping hints and leaving lingerie catalogues open in order to receive underwear as a gift from hapless other halves, it seems the same rules do not apply if you are a global superstar.
Lucky R&B singer Rihanna was taken to a luxury lingerie store in Australia this week by her boyfriend and fellow musician Chris Brown, who went on to treat her to approximately £400 worth of bras and knickers.
However, Brown may claim that the trip was all in the name of research, since he is set to launch his own line of underwear soon.
Rihanna, who achieved worldwide recognition following a string of hits, including the number 1 Umbrella, is currently touring Australia and is set to make an appearance in Perth tonight (November 11th).
The 20-year-old has wowed audiences with an array of seductive outfits onstage, including leather corsets and skin tight lace.
She will return to the US to host the American Music Awards on November 23rd.
