Wearing White? Go Nude…
A mistake many women make when choosing their lingerie for the day is to pair a white bra with a white top.
For those in the know this is a no no. Although logic and common sense would tell you ‘white top? – white bra.’ this is in fact a common error for many women. Although forgivable, wearing a white bra under a white top will leave you with a very visible bra. The two tones of white will not sit well together your bra will always show through and often the duller of the two will appear dirty as the brighter white will dampen down the other.
An even bigger mistake is when a coloured bra is worn under white, this is never a good luck and never forgivable. Unless you are going for the ‘I’m a teenager and carefree’ look you should always try to avoid this, at all costs.
An easy solution to all your wardrobe worries is to own a nude bra. As nude sits nicely next to most skin tones your bra will not glare through your top, no matter what colour you are wearing. Nude bras sit well under all colours, even black. This also applies to knickers, unless you are wearing coloured denim, when you can pretty much wear any colour, we suggest you stock up on nude knickers. Have a colourful day once in a while, wear a red top with a red bra, or a pink skirt with pink knickers, nobody will know the difference… but stay classy in white, go nude.
