A 58 year old male has today been arrested for trying to smuggle 44 lizards through Christchurch International Airport, New Zealand.

The smuggler brought a new meaning to the phrase ‘wriggle bottom’ as he stashed the poor creatures in his underpants.  

Customer officials were alerted as the man acted strangely whilst passing through customers, obviously anxious at the thought of having so many lizards stuffed into his pants.
