There’s an extremely large population of women who want to have a bigger bust, and who say they want to have plastic surgery.  I’m fully against the knife, but I do understand people who are unhappy with the way they look, so I say; ‘a push up bra!’

There’s a new app for the iPhone that’s just been released; iAugment.  This was made by a daughter of a plastic surgeon who was the first doctor to use 3D imaging technology to show her clients what they would look like post-surgery.  The app enables you to upload a photo of yourself/girlfriend/friend etc in just your bra, and you can then virtually increase the bust size.

It sounds ridiculous, however thousands of people have already downloaded the app.  It has been brought to attention however, that an app like this could encourage more people to get breast surgery, which is great for the plastic surgery industry, but not for the public though!

It would be a better idea to show how your breasts could look in different variations of push up bras, which would encourage people to spend £20 on bras instead of £5000+ on new breasts!  With brands such as Wonderbra and Gossard, people definitely need to try this option first!

Lindsay Lohan, Disney Star turned thief and party animal, looks fabulous in her latest shoot for BLANK Magazine.  Raunchy yet glamorous, she looks like she’s coming back!

Throughout the shoot we see her posing with a cigarette in her mouth, a hamburger in her hands (random I know), stripping down to just her bra, and in brightly coloured hold ups and sunglasses!

So in between all her court appearances and community service, she’s managing to squeeze her modelling in, and I have to say, I’m pleased for her.  I’ve always been a secret fan, and really want her to get sorted and get back on her feet!  She looks fantastic in this shoot, I hope this is a good start for her!

It puzzles me why people don’t wear a bra.  Not only for how it looks; a bra is also needed for support and to help keep your bust lifted and in shape.

Obviously there are times when we can’t or don’t want to wear a bra; with certain outfits etc.  However just in general, bras should be worn at all times to keep the shape.  That’s why there’s such a variety of bra styles; strapless, multiway, open front, backless, stick on – there’s a bra for every outfit imaginable!

Celebrities who don’t wear a bra are just asking for an article in the Daily Mail or the Sun!  It’s the same with those who flash their knickers, or lack of!

Charlie Dimmock, one of the Groundforce trio, is notoriously known for not wearing a bra – and Miley Cyrus, Disney star, seems to be following in her footsteps.  The young star has been seen many times without a bra, and she has even tweeted ‘I am who I am! #braless!’

Plunging necklines are easiest the first thing anybody sees on a person.  No matter how pretty your face is, if you’ve got a huge cleavage on show, everyone’s eyes will be drawn to it – especially those belonging to the male gender!

With the help of plunge bras and push up bras, cleavage has become a fashion accessory.  Some people think they don’t suit certain styles due to their lack of cleavage, and others take it way too far!

Take Amy Childs for example, TOWIE star (sorry, cast member!), she was papped going shopping in London in a black romper (jumpsuit – romper is such a cooler name, well done Americans!) and her surgically enhanced D cup breasts were popping out!  With the trim of a leopard print bra poking out, she looked every bit the Essex girl!

I definitely love the plunging look, but please make sure you don’t look like something of TOWIE this summer!

Now the weather’s becoming so much more fun to be out in, we’re all stripping off our Barbour jackets and Ugg boots, in exchange for soft t shirts and thin trousers!  That doesn’t mean however, that you can leave the underwear too.

Demi Moore, the stunning actress who we’re all insanely jealous of due to her hot husband!, seemed to forget her bra yesterday when she was nipping (literally) to Starbucks.

In a soft t-shirt, her nipples were definitely on show as she appeared to get a bit chilly!

Look perky in yourself, but not ‘perky’ perky this spring please!

We’ve all nipped to the supermarket in our PJ’s – actually, all bar my Mum, who so frequently tells me off for it!  Surely though, going out for lunch in them is a bit far?

Ali Larter took her 4 month old son to a cafe in LA, wearing nothing but a revealing vest, stripey loungepants (definitely pyjamas!) and her baby draped across her in what looked like a blanket!

The actress did however, look good.  Her baby weight seems to be quickly fading, and she was all smiles as she walked around with her cute little boy in her arms.

Minus the fact, obviously, that her vest was extremely revealing, and her cleavage was majorly on show.  Surely a bra could have at least been worn, and a strapless bra at that if she didn’t want straps showing!?

We all want to look sexy and glam, and we definitely would if we were going to a red carpet event!  But really, wearing just a bra isn’t going to get the best attention is it?  Not for the right reasons anyway!

Solange Knowles, the younger sister of world class singer and star Beyonce, did just that last night when she arrived at ELLE magazine’s Women In Music night in Hollywood last night.

It appeared she had forgotten her top due to the trousers and cardigan, however just her bra.  Inspired by the seventies, her glitsy bra looked like something her sister would have worn for a music video!

You’ve got a fabulous body Solange, but maybe wear a top next time!?

Oh no, it’s here. Aintree Races.

The day us fashionistas dread.  Heards of scousers compete for the worst dressed – when they actually want the award for the best.

Yesterday showed us streakers, cleavages popping out here there and literally, EVERYWHERE, tons of make up, hair extensions, and hideous dresses.

Can I just quickly say, some people at the races look absolutely stunning, my manager is there today, she’ll look lovely, along with Coleen Rooney and a few other classy girls!

So whilst I’m sat here looking at photo’s of extremely revealing dresses, push up bras 3 sizes too small, bra straps showing out of dresses, I’m wishing I could have provided the lingerie for the whole event!

Many of the ladies need a strapless bra, some need one that actually fits, and some just need A bra!

Please sort it out ladies, let tomorrow show the country just how classy us North West girls can be

I’m in Milan this weekend, I’ll think of you whilst I’m sightseeing and rubbing shoudlers with the likes of Roberto Cavalli and Dolce and Gabbana

I always jump for joy when I see celebrity underwear traumas – especially when they’ve clearly not helped themselves!

Eva Longoria appeared on David Lettermans chat show in a barely there tuxedo, with her long legs revealed to the full.  Even worse, half way through her interview, her jacket popped open!

I hope she was wearing a bra!  She must however, have been wearing a push up bra to secure her boobs in place and keep them uplifted!  Her short shorts just showed off her flawless figure and stunning legs even more – we all hate her!

She was in New York to not just promote her stunning self, but to also promote her new cookbook.  My guess is that soon, we will be calling her the naked chef after this public display?!
