A new survey by an online lingerie retailer has found that British men come out on top when purchasing underwear for there partners and wives.

British men are more likely than there European counterparts to know their partners bra sizes and measurements and buy lingerie for there partners 2-3 times a year.

British men are also more likely to experiment with fashion trends in underwear also so why don’t british men have the image of being lotharios like the French or Italian?

Gossard Superboost New Plunge Bra

The ASA has banned the new Lynx advert featuring glamour model Lucy Pindar saying that the 70s style objectification of women is degrading and treating them as sex objects.

The glamour model is seen in all three of the shots wearing push up bras whilst being filmed doing things such as jogging, eating an ice lolly and licking cream off her finger.

The adverts featured Lucy in one shot in a purple lingerie set  and in a grey lace cleavage bra in the other. The camera zoomed in on her considerable cleavage as provocative text was displayed on the screen.

The world famous and loved Spice Girls still make it to the news!  Ginger Spice, Geri Halliwell, seems to have ignored the weather when she stepped out in London this weekend.

Stopping chatting to friends, Geri did the signature Marilyn Monroe move, or should I say her skirt did?!  Her bright pink mini dress blew up in the wind, allowing the public (and obviously the paparazzi!) to see her purple and hot pink frilly knickers underneath!

She did however, seem to just laugh it off and gave the photographers and onlookers a beaming smile.

Coloured lingerie is fun and bold, perfect for the summer season!  I’m a sucker for black and nude lingerie, it’s all I wear – but I think I’m going to go wild and get some bright blue lingerie, purple lingerie and some colourful and patterned numbers too for summer too!

I’m all for trying out new products; cellulite blasters, wrinkle vanishers etc, but really, a cream that enhances your cleavage?.. OK.

Sales of said creams have increased recently, along with those of push up bras.  See, the latter shows people have sense; the best way to getting a fantastic cleavage is by a fabulous push up bra.  Gel bras, air, padding – all are amazing in their own way!

With size zero models no longer being admired, and curvacious celebs such as Kim Kardashian and Christina Hendricks being everywhere, we can see why there’s so much cleavage hype!

I find it hilarious how people in denial really will believe anything you say – I think I’m going to send a Press Release round saying that eating 7 bars of chocolate a day has the opposite effect and makes you lose a stone in a week!

So, no, a jar won’t help you in the breast department, I’d recommend a good anti wrinkle cream for those wrinkly areas, but a push up bra really is all you need!

Rochelle Wiseman, the stunning singer from the 5 part group, The Saturdays, was seen at Whisky Mist last weeked with a major fashion faux pas!

The stylish (usually) singer wore a white lace top and a black bra, one of the most awful lingerie put-togethers ever!

This wardrobe malfunction surely must have been on purpose, but then if it is, it means Rochelle is losing her styling ability, and if it isn’t then she obviously isn’t the brightest?! I don’t know which is better!

I understand that people don’t like white bras, myself being one of them, however nude is still appropriate!

She had her bra straps showing (another big X in her direction!) and a black bodycon skirt.  If the lace top wasn’t so see through, or her bra was at LEAST strapless, she would have looked ten times better!  The new Gossard Superboost Strapless in nude would have been better!

Valentines Day is slowly creeping up on us.. Have you thought about where you’re going?  What you’re doing?  What you’re buying your partner/date?  I certainly haven’t!  And I can guarantee my boyfriend won’t have either!

Celebrities seem to have started buying their Valentines underwear!  Britney Spears was seen shopping for her sexy pieces, and ended up with a full suit! Wow!
