As your pregnancy progresses your breast will increase in size and this may mean that you no longer fit comfortably into any of your usual bras. It is now time to buy some maternity/nursing lingerie. Women in their 4 month of pregnancy usually feel more comfortable is something better fitted to their changing body and Lingerie Please is here to help.

Make sure that the band fits comfortably below the shoulder blades, snug enough to stay in place when you raise your arms but loose enough to keep you comfortable.

Ensure the straps are slightly wider than the ones on your usual bra; this will help to support you comfortably without digging into your shoulders.

3)      If you have lots (and we mean LOTS) of spare bras that you don’t know what to do with why not cut off all the straps so you are just left with the cups and sew together into a unique piece of quilting.
