Catching up on the latest celeb gossip today, I came across a new way to wear your underwear as outerwear – in public.

Yet again, Kim Kardashian makes my blog.. Lucky girl!

In her recent wardrobe dilemmas and lingerie photo shoots, I’ve been kind of criticizing her.  Not today.

Kim appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, in a skin tight white dress, and looked fabulous.  Her curves looked sensational as the dress hugged her all over, proving yet again that it’s all about the curves!

She shows us regularly that having curves is sexy, and that men really do prefer it to bony and skinny size zero girls!

Kim’s stomach is extremely flat, which is occasionally women’s major ‘uh-oh!’ point of wearing a skin tight dress.  It made me wonder if she wears shapewear, as she always looks toned when she’s on TV, but then sometimes when she’s snapped in her casual clothes, not as much!

Today has been a fantastic day!  3 members of our team (including me!) went down to London for the Trinny and Susannah Magic Knickers Press Breakfast as VIP guests!

It was great, we met the girls and they chatted away and showed us a demonstration of what the magic knickers really do!

Models were put into tight dresses, which showed their lumps and bumps and stretching of the dresses, and were then told to put the shapewear on.  The transformation was incredible.  As all Trinny and Susannah products are seamless, you are unable to see any seam at all, which is perfect for a date or a special occasion, and you can also hide your bra too!  All the lumps and bumps were smoothened out, and the stretching was totally cleared!

There comes a time in life where we need a good cry, and it seems as though Katie Holmes was at this point whilst shopping yesterday.

Trawling through the underwear section of Barneys, Katie had her eyes peeled for a certain type of lingerie.. Shaping underwear.  This just shows that we’re not all perfect, as I’d say she definitely doesn’t need any tummy control knickers on at all!

As she was looking for said shapewear, she seemed to get all emotional as she struggled to find it!  Apparently she was so hysterical that the staff had to call a police escort to calm her down.

This could be due to the pregnancy rumours that are currently circulating of course, or the fact that she is in the most boring religion around Christmas time!

It’s not the first time I’ve heard of lingerie breakdowns; a friend of mine was going on a 4th date with a guy she really liked, and she was so keen to get something nice and sexy, but sophisticated, and not tacky, that she broke down in the middle of Selfridges!  I found it highly amusing… (Can I also just add, her and the same man have now been together for over a year!)

It has now come to a time where I couldn’t think of anything worse than a White Christmas.  The snow in Birmingham is horrendous, it was as if I was pulling my suitcase across a beach last night!

As I’ve woken up this week and shivered as I got out of bed, I’ve been thinking how many pairs of tights and shapewear can I put on under my trousers!  Shapewear doesn’t just suck you in, it also keeps you warm!  The Spanx Power Panties have come in very handy, and I very nearly put Spanx Higher Power over the top of those too!

It’s always hilarious to see celeb’s lingerie mistakes, especially when their knickers are showing or it’s just a disaster.  Well, this is both!

Eva Longoria has always looked classy and elegant, and she did on the red carpet at the MTV Awards in Madrid.  From the front that is!

When she turned around, her knickers were showing through a gap in the back of the black satin dress she was wearing.  The maid style dress was very big and flamboyant from the front, but there was little evidence of much clothing at all from the rear!

Showing big Bridget-Jones like knickers, Eva managed to quickly lose that sexy and sophisticated look!

Right, its the day of your first exam, (whether its A Levels, Degree, whatever!) you jump out of bed, remove the notes from under your pillow which have seeped into your brain while you slept, have a shower, then turn to your underwear draw.

You search and search for that pair of knickers that you wore when you passed your driving test or you found a £20 note on the floor. ‘They’re my lucky knickers’ you say, ‘I need them!’

They’re tatty and frayed, a bit too tight because you’ve pigged out on chocolate recently whilst revising, but you wear them anyway.  What possesses us to think that pants are going to make us pass an exam?  I confess, I put my notes under my pillow, but this is ’inherited’ from my Dad.

A recent survey has shown that 24% of men have lucky knickers, how cute!  Whether they work or not, I do not know!  It must be psychological and the fact that we feel lucky, brings us luck!
