After recently reading  an article it put a lot about my life into perspective. The idea of how many bras that are now a grey white or never been worn because I don’t like the shape that I have lying around in my underwear draw really astounds me.

Underwear is something personal to all of us but when you check around you realise that you seem to have a million bras perhaps not even as part of a set and most certainly not many that you would wear.

The solution to this? Well it has been done in clothes before but what about  a capsule lingerie draw? De clutter your life making room for just what you need with a bra for every occasion.

Here at the Lingerie Please office we love ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ and have done since it started on our screens in series one! The girls never fail to make us laugh and surprise us with there sometimes crazy outfits!

One magazine however has claimed that the TOWIE series has meant an increase in all things undesirable about us Brit’s. Apparently the increase in hair extensions, fake tan and all round fakery is putting men off and is destroying Britain’s image. One main problem according to this magazine is the stars going out in next to nothing showing there lingerie and also all of there cosmetic procedures are encouraging a look which isn’t natural and is putting people off. A massive 46% put there thumbs down to Botox!

We would like to know your view. Are cleavage bras and skimpy knickers as displayed by the TOWIE cast one step too far?

The star has looked voluptuous in previous years, and everyone has always envied her curves!  Get them back Demi!

Britain’s Got Talent, a reality TV show showcasing Britain’s best talent (supposedly!) really brings some magnificent and weird acts to the stage.

Girls Roc, a sexy group of 7 who were fantastic dancers and performers, graced the Manchester audition stage with snakes, firebreathing and skimpy leotards.

They got through to the finals, I’m not sure the act would have been suitable for the Queen however, obviously the judges agreed and they didn’t win the competition.

Since the final, they’ve modelled fro Zoo magazine in a sexy photoshoot, all dressed in black bras, some donning fishnet bodies and dresses.  In hold ups, push up bras, plunge bras, balcony bras teamed with thongs, briefs and shorts, they really looked like a sexy group!

The snake girl, Georgina, also posed with a snake around her neck, very Britney-esque!

Plunging necklines are easiest the first thing anybody sees on a person.  No matter how pretty your face is, if you’ve got a huge cleavage on show, everyone’s eyes will be drawn to it – especially those belonging to the male gender!

With the help of plunge bras and push up bras, cleavage has become a fashion accessory.  Some people think they don’t suit certain styles due to their lack of cleavage, and others take it way too far!

Take Amy Childs for example, TOWIE star (sorry, cast member!), she was papped going shopping in London in a black romper (jumpsuit – romper is such a cooler name, well done Americans!) and her surgically enhanced D cup breasts were popping out!  With the trim of a leopard print bra poking out, she looked every bit the Essex girl!

I definitely love the plunging look, but please make sure you don’t look like something of TOWIE this summer!
