Lingerie model Georgia Salpa is fmaous for taking off her clothes and she has recently done some work for Panache lingerie where she looked great in sugary pastel lingerie.

We were not shocked when she was voted 5th sexiest woman in the FHM list as her popularity in Big Brother and the amount of coverage she has received due to her gorgeous figure has meant that she has become a firm favourite in the eye of the nation.

Georgia Salpa looked great in her white bikini which was under-wired due to her DD size bust and also had lovely brazilian bikini bottoms.

Danielle Lloyd unfortunately had her implants done some time ago and so she fell victim of the faulty implants that were being administered during that time and had to have them taken out. Danielle said that she was feeling much more confident since having her implants removed due to feeling safer without them. She also said she was used to the look of her AA breasts which must have been a shock as she was a much bigger size for quite some time having her breasts done earlier.

Danielle looked great in her swimwear and it is nice to see her with so much confident in her bikini as she previously had a hard time with almost losing a leg previously in a nightclub incident and since the faulty implants. We are so happy to see Danielle with a smile on her face again and looking great.

A crazy “Ice Pack Bra” has been invented to keep you cool during the summer. The new bra was unveiled by Triumph in Tokyo the place for innovative inventions. The new super cool bra has gel pads which should be put in the freezer for two hours to freeze them before inserting them into the bra. The bra weirdly is also adorned with a sprig of mint and a miniature wind chime.

Both cups of the bra have been designed to look like fishbowls with a fish and seaweed pattern. This cooling bra however will not be going on sale and we can’t help but feel disappointed. Although we do not live in a hot country the idea in premise is actually quite good! The bra was supposed to help in a country which was expecting a large electricity shortfall.

Anthea Turner is a television favourite and famous for such shows as Blue Peter and Wish You Were Here. Anthea has been part of breast cancer charities for a while and so it was no surprise when she turned up at midnight last night for the MoonWalk marathon to raise money for breast cancer. Like many of those that take part in this walk, Anthea and her friends have been affected by breast cancer with the people close by to them having experienced it.

Anthea will be remembering her friend and former co presenter Caron Keating who died in 2004 aged just 41. The MoonWalk is such a positive experience. It is a joyous way to remember those we know and love who were strong enough to fight the disease and also to help in creating a cure.

The walk consists of many women walking at night in there bras and is a funny occasion with everyone laughing and joking whilst thinking of the people they have lost and the greater cause.

We at Lingerie Please think Anthea Turner has been very inspirational taking part in this walk and we applaud her for walking down the street in her bra for this cause!

Kate Middleton is very fond of the high street and despite the buckets of money that the royals have this girl likes to keep it real and be as normal as possible and we just love her for it.

The Duchess of Cambridge is often picture in her favourite low heeled court shoes and sheer tights, however last night she arrived at a party looking like the most perfect princess. The Duchess visited one of the most elite clubs of the country wearing full designer gear including some gorgeous strappy silver high heeled shoes. The first time we have seen Kate really wear some daring shoes and for what better occasion.

Kate has previously been criticised for her choices of demure shoes but last night she obviously decided away from a Royal function to show where her passion really lies. The star wore a floor length gown beloved to be designer also which skimmed her waist. Kate must have been wearing some seamless knickers in this dress to avoid any visible line as it skimmed every curve beautifully.

We love Kate Middleton and each dress she chooses high street or designer she always looks like a princess and someone who despite all the Royal glamour we could perhaps relate too.

For those of you that have seen the Met Gala pictures of the amazing outfits and gorgeous beauty looks then you will have seen there were many parallels between the actresses and stars.

A lot of the stars went for an old Hollywood glamour style with many of them sporting a dark lip and glossy 40 styles hair with some of them wearing it to one side and waved or pin curled and up. The dresses focused on a womanly Mad Men type figure. Many stars went for backless dress which would have meant wearing no bra or a backless bra to create that hourglass figure, either that or they have such fantastic figures they do not need to wear a bra.

We especially loved the busty looks of Amber Heard and January Jones the way to get a look like this would be a great strapless bra that will give you all the lift you need whilst not showing any straps.

With all the dresses coming up the red carpet we started to think where do they get their lingerie because some of the dresses are so extravagant it would be difficult to be able to have the perfect bra for each dress? Perhaps they all own a Wonderbra Multiplunge Bra?

Who was your favourite at the met Gala? Ours was Camilla Belle although Jessica Alba looked very glamorous too!

For those of you that follow what Kate Middleton wears you will know that she is usually sporting a pair of sheer tights with whatever outfit she is wearing. Sheer tights have been a favourite of the older generation for a long time but it seems since this new look became a palace requirement many young people are following with sales rising 500% since the so called ‘Kate effect’.

Kate isn’t the only celebrity sporting the look. Pippa Middleton and Carla Bruni also sport sheer tights for most occasions as they smooth out any marks on your legs and give a more flawless overall appearance. They are also much warmer than just having bare legs.

For those of you that haven’t already heard Tulisa has been voted the world’s most sexiest women by FHM readers. The star was previously in the band N-Dubz and then moved on to success with X-Factor as she appeared as a judge alongside Kelly Rowland. Tulisa now has brought out her own music with an upcoming album.

Tulisa showed why she was voted the world’s sexiest woman as pictured emerged of her in a shoot with FHM in a push up bra and school girl outfit with her signature high top trainers. The star is often pictured with more of a relaxed look usually wearing leggings in either a print or plain. Tulisa always looks young and fresh and despite recent controversy surrounding the star and never having appeared in the FHM list before we think she has dealt with the controversy very well despite being obviously embarrassed. She looks great and is up there with Cheryl Cole and Rihanna all of who have looked great in their lingerie at some point and definitely deserve the title.

Tulisa was embarrassed at winning the award and claimed it was self-indulgent but she couldn’t help feeling a bit excited and she celebrated by going clubbing with her boyfriend who was no doubt thrilled to have such a worldly acknowledged attractive girlfriend.

If you are anything like me then you have been  to see all the recent marvel comics brought to life in films such as Captain America, X-men and most recently The Avengers. What’s interesting about this new era of film and television is the new focus on remaking everything that was so great in better quality and in a modern way to give it a makeover.

For those of you who enjoyed The Dark Night, the Batman film starring Heath Ledger you will no doubt already be aware that there is a new Batman coming out called The Dark Night Rises.

Anne Hathaway is set to become the new Catwoman in the new film. We all had to stop and stare at the recent pictures of her in the new film at the Lingerie Please office because she just looks so amazing!  Anne Hathaway looks so perfect for the part we find we have already forgotten the previous versions starring Michelle Pfeifer and Halle Berry without even having seen the film yet!

Catwoman has to be all men’s fantasy and is often a widely used choice for Halloween or for fancy dress as it’s the one costume you can wear being completely covered head to toe and still look sexy. So we thought we would create this rather charming blog post on getting a Catwoman cleavage, something which along with long dark hair and a compulsory leather cat suit is so vital to transforming into this popular character.

Our favourite bra to get that Catwoman cleavage is the Full Effect bra by Wonderbra. There are many push up bras out there, all of which do a great job but this particular bra boosts you by 2 cup sizes and really gives you that Anne Hathaway look if you aren’t blessed in the bust department. The great thing about choosing to dress up as Catwoman as well is as you are covered from head to toe you can cheat with some great shapewear and give the illusion of an amazing hourglass figure.  We wish we could say that Anne used those methods however we think she was just born with that killer figure… sigh

Have you wondered what lingerie models used to look like in the 1950′s, 60′s or 70′s? One newspaper has unearthed some modelling pictures showing just how far lingerie modelling has come in just how much we reveal.

Old pictures of a well know lingerie brand renowned for their perfect make up, trademark big bouncy hair and theatrical shows demonstrate just how far they have come. Old pictures have surfaced of more demure lingerie than we would see models in now. Figures looked more natural and like that of real women, they were seen to be reading books together or in situations that made the women seem intellectual as well as beautiful with more demure lingerie such as waist slips, night dresses, gowns and fluffy slippers, a far cry from the glitz and glam and revealing nature of lingerie modelling now.

What do you think? Has lingerie modelling gone too far with what they reveal or is it about time we actually saw what women looked like in there bras and knickers so we had a view of what we might look like when we are in the lingerie they sell. Has the perception of the perfect model body gone too far and meant that we can’t actually imagine ourselves in any of the lingerie as our figures are completely different.
