As your pregnancy progresses your breast will increase in size and this may mean that you no longer fit comfortably into any of your usual bras. It is now time to buy some maternity/nursing lingerie. Make sure that the band fits comfortably below the shoulder blades, snug enough to stay in place when you raise your arms but loose enough to keep you comfortable.

Ensure the straps are slightly wider than the ones on your usual bra; this will help to support you comfortably without digging into your shoulders.
